Getting Brain Washed

[ Edited ]

For the first time...

I went out to pick up the newspaper outside....

it is in a plastic bag.

I used a paper towel to pick it up...

threw out the plastic ...

sprayed the paper with disinfectant...

Threw out paper towel ....washed my hands...

Hmmmm......

As a child I ate dirt.  As an adult I wallow in it.  I'm a pretty healthy person.

@SeaMaiden But dirt harbors all sorts of pathogens, possibly even the virus.  BTW, I also went to the gym this morning.

icegoddess, you may think you are a goddess but really, you are human.

Don't find your post funny or clever. You are human and the virus likes humans.

@SeaMaiden I've gotten the same way with anything that hasn't been in the house.

Bring the mail in, open it, sort it and then wash my hands.

Bring something in from the store, put it away and wash hands.

@Icegoddess     Being positive is a good thing.  Living your life not in fear.  I respect you for that.

I have tried to stay positive, but, this is really starting to scare me now.

They will be closing the gyms here soon... you may need to work out at home if they do that where you live.

@SeaMaiden , I live in the burbs, so it's easy just to get out and walk the neighborhood if need be.  I also live on a big hill.  However, I would miss the equipment to keep my muscles strong, but if it would quit raining there is plenty of yard work to do.

I do believe in exercising my immune system, so have always avoided antibacterial soaps and hand sanitizers.
