Here's one I doubt anyone else here heard their Mother say~!!! Background, my Mother grew up in East Texas . . . she was born during the oil boom of the late 1930's . . . oil wells and cows . . . her parents were hard working, hard saving, and money-wise-conscious type folks.

and IF we kids wanted something growing up, there were 4 of us, two girls and two boys . . .

and you know how kids say "but Mom, everyone else has one" for whatever it is you were trying to finagle your way into getting . . .

And my dear, sweet, now departed Mother would say:

"IF everyone else had a cow chip necklace, would you want one too?"

and of course our answer was Eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwww. No~!!!

Jannabelle, I just wanted you to know that my support of you is true. We've posted with each other for years and anyone who states otherwise or tries to start something between us is...well...not truthful

You have defended me over the years and I will continue to do so with you. Some people cannot understand that, especially "newbies" who aren't so new.

It's not,we have put it on hold, mainly because I am the only one interested! LOL

Never give up. I saw the other day they've raised their one day ticket prices again. Twice in one year. 99.00 I think it was. Of course I've never bought a ONE day price. Kinda like potato chips. One Day @ Disney is Never Enough.

Generally speaking, we were told "life's tough" & that was that. When we complained about household chores, & especially when wishing for a dishwasher, we were told "that's why we had 4 kids."
