Florida is surging and opening beaches again so they win on foolhardy.

I think that is great news. Our economy is tanking and fear mongers are not helping. I hope they follow the same in Colorado. 

People can stay at home forever if that is what you want. No one is in control of you but you.

Texas is also doing a slow reopening. Retail stores can open with curbside delivery. State parks will open with social distancing. Small businesses can open if they have the ability for curbside service. No hair salons or inside seating for restaurants yet. Governor will give more info on April 25. Our nursing homes have been hit hard. Community spread hasn't been too bad. For the size of our city, we have too many cases. Additional cases every day. I thought to reopen you had to see a decline in cases over 14 days. I expect to see an uptick in cases for the month of May.
