According to the news report I listened to at noon, it doesn't look like he'll be home for Christmas, as they want to keep him in a bit longer. This is the second year in a row that he's been in the hospital on Christmas Day. Last year he had that bout of bronchitis and ended up staying in the hospital for over 2 months. Maybe he can make it home for New Year's.

I think no matter how we differ politically, no one wants to see another suffer with illness, especially when they are getting up there in years like he is.

I love the spunk that has kept him going this long, and think we all need some of that to get us through.

It is good news that he has been released to return to his home and family.

I was so happy to hear that he was released in time to celebrate New Years with his family. I hope he has a happy and healthy 2015.
