Gave it to me, then took it back

ShopNBC sent me a 15% coupon via email, saying they missed me. Then, shortly afterwards sent me another email saying something like "ooops we made a mistake" You cannot redeem the coupon we sent you"

What an insult. If they're that disorganized, I won't shop there again. To avoid negative feelings, they should have left well enough alone.
