On Sunday I paid $2.09 @ a Costco in Fredericksburg, VA; just 35 miles north in Woodbridge, VA it's $2.25 @ Costco; if you go even further north it's around $2.45.

Gas is below $2.49 for regular and $2.89 for plus in my area. Most of the gas is refine a few blocks from my office here in TX, in fact there is at least 8 or 9 in and around my city.

The oil reserve is about forty miles from where I live. Sometimes they just use it as an excuse to raise the price, my city always talking about taking them to court for taxes. One of the plants is now own by Sardies and it is the largest.  You would think since they are drilling close to the United States prices would be cheaper.

I filled up today and it was $2.49 per gallon in my area of Atlanta.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
