Garden Tubs

We are thinking of remodeling our master bath, and getting rid of the garden tub that has only been used once by my daughter when she was eight years old............she is now twenty. I look at them as a "fad" that has passed.

We are thinking of a large walk in shower with the rainfall effect instead. Do you think this is a good move for resale or not? We are also considering it with the handicapped features that are easily removed.

Opinions please....thanks!
