No, what we've got is temps in the 80s, maybe breaking a record for this date. While I'd like it to feel a bit more seasonal, I've lived where it snowed and I definitely prefer to look at it rather than actually have to deal with it. Slippery roads and sidewalks - no thank you. Very pretty picture, though.

We had about an inch the other night in RI. I was excited as I love it for Christmas! It is in the high 30's today but going to be 60 tomorrow with a warm front coming in bringing a rain storm. Blah, I would rather have cold and snow
Hopefully this pattern changes for us soon. Your pictures look so nice and holiday @dancingwoman

@dancingwoman Yes, you did. It is near 80 here today in north Mississippi but will only be a high of 50 tomorrow. As our weatherman says, if you don't like what you are receiving now , stick around, it will change! Take care and enjoy winters bounty!

So glad to see New Mexico area is finally beginning to get snow. Living in a snow starved forest is a frightening prospect. Here in West Texas we are having a sand (not dust) storm. The wind is about to rip the flags from their poles, sand granules hit your car driving down the street, and the yard guys are not working today. My friend who lives in a rural area said they have zero visibility in spots.

No snow, but, winds would whip your head off suppose to get up to 40 mph at least. I'm gonna drive my car down the driveway to the mailbox because I can't stand up in that wind.
Unfortunately, I got important stuff coming or I wouldn't make the trip at all. Up in Amarillo, Tx

@dancingwoman Where is the snow located? State/City?? Pretty pictures.

@dancingwoman We didn't even get a drop of rain let alone snow, for which it was too warm. Now we're having a wind event, 40-70mph gusts until mid afternoon. The weatherman said Durango would get about 6" so I guess he was right on target. I bet Silverton and surrounding peaks got slammed.
