If there was to be a remake of this movie, who would you like to see play Scarlett and Rhett?

No remake.  No current actress could replicate the role

You are so right.  I can';t see any of the younger people playing the parts but just curious as to what other people think.  Besides, I am bored!

No remake, not really a fan of remakes, they never really meet expectations.

No remake. There was a mystery to Hollywood in the '30's that could never be replicated in any possible way.

Also, there are aspects of the story that would be truly inappropriate to replicate.

Appreciate it for what it was and allow it to remain a piece of cinematographic history, unique as entertainment and as a study piece.

Absolutely, leave well enough alone.  The movie still holds its' original appeal and the stars involved were perfection in their rolls.  Why even consider making a change/update of something this special?

I hated that movie, and I hope they don't remake it !
