Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

Nice reminder @nana59 and thank you! I'm going to revisit some areas where I can improve like eating healthier (I've been struggling with veggies lately). So many activities I enjoy are done while sitting so I have to make moving more of a priority. I'm going out soon and will definitely add some red to what I wear. Go Red Day! Heart

Thank you so much for posting this!

Almost seven years ago, I suffered a massive heart attack.  My family was told I might not make the ambulance trip to the hospital, my heart had shut down 85%.

I had no signs of heart trouble, mine was a result of lupus involvement, but the same can happen to any woman.  There is a lot of information on Go Red For Women:

https://www.goredforwomen.org/

I thought mine was acid reflux, many of us think that and don't get help.  Symptoms can be different for women, and unfortunately, heart attacks are happening more often now in young women, even in their 30s.

Go Red Day! It is nice to see it getting more attention in the media.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Is it always Feb 5th?  I wish they would publiciz it in advance, I think more people would participate if they did.
