@stevieb    Here's an example of the Q's handy search feature on which I'm sure they lose millions.

A couple days ago I searched for Denim & Co tee shirt, also did t-shirt.  I got 3 results.  With the dozens of tees they stock, can you believe it?   I quit in disgust.  I've had the same results searching for a denim shirt.

@Kachina624   I know it's the financial reports that tell us the best "secrets'"  but I rarely read any except from companies in which I invest or want to invest.   Otherwise, I just listen to the analysts or read the financial pages;  haven't seen nor heard Qurate or QVC much for the last couple of years.

@Ladyguin520

Maybe the website issues with reviews has to do with the recent addition to reflect the "verified purchase" feature on reviews now.  I also noticed there is a delay in posting reiviews. I know I wrote reviews on two Jim Shore purchases and it took two weeks before my reviews appeared.....(both were positive reviews)

@millieshops    Somebody, usually @Spurt, always posts the Q quarterly and annual reports.  The importance of postage is often discussed there.  In fact you can often pick up some interesting tidbits.

@Kachina624 @millieshops

It varies how much they talk and publish about shipping and frieght costs in their quarterly and annual reports--- Pretty much what was said for the 4th quarter and the year of 2020 is that Qurate increased prices to offset an increase in costs in freight and shipping....but specific details were not provided....

For the fourth quarter, adjusted OIBDA (Operating income before depreciation and amortization) margin(3) increased primarily reflecting increased product margins and lower bad debt expense, partially offset by higher fulfillment (freight and warehouse) expense, increased incentive compensation accruals and higher marketing expense. Product margins expanded primarily due to strategic sourcing initiatives, pricing actions taken to offset freight surcharges, reduced promotional intensity and to a lesser extent category mix with lower electronics sales. For the full year, adjusted OIBDA margin decreased as higher fulfillment expenses, incentive compensation accruals and increased marketing expense more than offset product margin gains and lower bad debt expense. The return rate was 14.3%.

@Spurt    So good of you to pull all of this info.  Thanks.

@Ladyguin520 @Anonymous

There is something wrong with loading reviews on the page.  People complain about this a lot, and I have this problem all the time.  @Anonymous please ask the tech people take another look.

I think the reviews load separately and are slow to load.  If they don't load up the first time, I refresh the page and scroll down as the page loads.  I do this repeatedly until the reviews load, which happens most of the time eventually, though sometimes I give up.

@Anonymous Clearly there is a problem, and it is not my cookies because if it was, the reviews would not load at all. Clicking on READ REVIEWS almost always takes me to the WRITE A REVIEW section.  I use Safari.  Please share my message with the web design people.

@Anonymous Please don't tell me to change my browser.  I won't.  QVC should fix the website to reach the customer.  Feel free to cut in advertising.  Based on comments here, most of us don't like to be chased to other webpages by the products that we view.

Thanks

Yes, I agree it's a slow loading problem but all you have to do is count to ten then hit the 'Read reviews' link. That will give it enough time to load the reviews. I know! ...we shouldn't have to go through this.Smiley Frustrated

I am glad that works for you.  It doesn't work for me.  I NEVER go to the reviews first, so the 10 second count is long past by the time I try to look at the reviews.
