It was weird watching the flashbacks with the new Phyllis. Did Sharon actually push Phyllis or did she trip and fall?

I was worried that everything was coming back at the same sight of the accident it looked like it was about to happen all over again!

Poor Jack though I felt sorry for him with Victor gloating in the background.
