I have been posting on the Gamers forum thread weekly since 12-27-14.
Recently, the new format of "Gamers" glitched at QVC's end and threw me out calling me a "visitor" although it "Welcomed" me and showed my nicname.
Now it won't accept me signing back in so that I can play on "Gamers", and therefore the thread title no longer even shows up on the menu under "Community Chat" so therefore I can't sign in and play any longer.
I've spoken to customer service at least three times. They said to wait for many days and they would
get me back in. I did. Now, a week later, I still can't use it or see the title of "Gamers" under "Community Chat."
No one in Customer Service could help me solve the problem. so now I am an outcast and can't use it ?
It was their website's fault !!!
I'm sick of this new format and all of the headaches it has brought me.
QVC will not ever get another dollar or referral from me.

I tried to sign in and it said I did not have sufficient privileges???? How do you get suffieicent privileges? I guess being a customer for 25 years doesn't count for much!

I'm sorry that you have been having difficulty accessing the Gamers category. You are now added and should see the games in that area of the Community.
If you have a problem in the future please email my team and we will be sure to help as soon as we are able.

I am sorry that there was confusion from our Customer Care team regarding how to get you back into the Gamers access. I will be following up with the larger Customer Care team to make sure they understand that my team needs to be contacted.

I aam so very grateful to you and the other Customer Service reps who worked so earnestly to assist me with this problem that originated from a glitch in your website. It was rather tiresome and frustrating trying
to regain access to the "Gamers" forum after the mistake was made and you didn't recognize me as a previous player at that time. However, I am pleasantly surprised that you worked so swiftly worked on my situation to allow me back in the thread.
I apologize for any difficulties you might have incurred on my behalf.

Since I like to keep my mind active I am wondering why the games are not listed until I sign in. I like to know if someone is playing and read before hand like the rest of the topics.
