CEO Rawlinson is employed by, hired by and accountable to the Board of Directors of QVC Group.

The Board is accountable to shareholders,  who vote for them at each shareholders' meeting.

Buy some shares and make some noise if unhappy and dissatisfied!

Whatever Mr Rawlinson is getting paid to do, it isn't working

I do realize I could do this through my cell phone and or have UPS do it but what do people do who can't drive  any  more to get to a UPS store or Kohl's? Thats  the biggest problem!  Our daughter does enough for us now.   

For seniors especially...it was so nice just to put the label on the box and set it on the porch for pick-up.  I ordered a    lot more when that was an option!!

@We rescue cats   I feel the same. Small town of 5000. I have a Wal-Mart Super Center, tourist shops, and a Supermarket. I have to drive at least an hour for shopping or big box stores. I used to get excited about the TSV!  No more. I don't do Tik Tok either.

i am still getting return labels.  i ordered the TSV diamonique eternity band about 3 weeks ago and received receipt with return label attached. 

if u don't receive one, call and ask for one??

I like the friendly kind people when watching shopping on tv. They laugh and smile no swearing. And they describe the product that I have no time to scour a store for. Keeo going HSN and QVC Make it happen.
