Ft Wayne or Bedford Indiana ??

We are looking to relocate...our options are Ft Wayne, IN or Bedford, IN.

Anyone know anything about these towns?

Wow, no replies! Surely someone lives in Fort Wayne!

I live a couple of hours from Ft. Wayne, I know nothing about how the city runs, the schools, etc but it is a nice town with lots of shopping and restaurants....I don't know anything about Bedford.

I surely won't live in Ft. Wayne. Heard it's a very high crime city. No way.

I was born and raised in Fort Wayne. Great place to grow up. It is true that crime is up there....but that is true everywhere. I know this has happened years ago and they worked hard to get it under control and did. They are working hard on doing that again. Many quaint and wonderful towns with easy access to Fort Wayne just minutes away. I have never been to New Bedford but think the crime rate is low there.
