When you first sign up for online ordering, you fill out your address, phone etc.  Then you can add the name and address of people you want to ship to.  After that, it's a snap.  Click a couple of times and it's yours.

I'm pretty sure I got the last braising pan in the color I wanted because I could order basically in seconds.

I have seen that you said she sends things back that you buy her.

Yes, I always order on line and never call unless there is an on-line tech problem or a screwup for a return.  I called in years ago, but once the online ordering became available, that is the only way I order. This allows me to go to QVC through the iGive website for local charity donations; do the same with Amazon Smile. I have bill-to/ship-to option I use all the time for food products and/or merchandise to someone in FL, I am in MD.  Convenient, easy, and as quick as your fingers can place an order....

i dont have this problem. i order everything online, mainly because it is faster, easier, and i get my rebates. i keep the names and addresses of my recipients stored and choose them as my ship to if it is a gift.

Why can't you store her address and order online?

@Annabellethecat66

 Just order online. When I get to the address part, I click on my mother's address, my niece's, etc. or I enter a different one.  You don't need to talk to a person to do that.

If you're going to use "ship to" addresses you have to be very careful that you don't default to the ship to unintentionally and start shipping all your mundane purchases to Aunt Harriet in Topeka.  I had that happen once but it was just my sister who got the package.  QVC's defaults don't work as they should.

@Annabellethecat66  Ouch. That smarts. I order delivery direct for several people and always do it through .com. Never had a problem. Just add your recipients to your address book and indicate which one gets it when you check out. Make sure your address is the default.
