I placed an order for Earth Origins boots on September 14th.  Then I tried to change the color the following day and couldn't because the system wouldn't allow any changes because it was in process.  Well, it is still in process.  WTH!!  I understand that things are taking longer to ship, but it is crazy that a change couldn't be made the day after I placed the order, if the order would still me in process 14 days later. Can't change things in the middle of processing.

I have learned with QVC:

1. The instant you place the order it is yours.  Assume you can't cancel because you probably can't.

2.  Any time you place an order you are out $10 to $12.

3.  Assume if you send the unwanted item back, you'll be out another $10.  Somehow.

I understand your frustration.

My order was placed 9/1/21.  It has missed 2 ship dates and has gone from "processing" to "preparing your order" over the course of the month.  I am not sure what the difference is between the two notations.

After 28 days, I do not think it will arrive any time soon.

I agree - What's going on with shipping is very frustrating.  I have had many orders placed for "immediate shipping" that have taken several weeks to get to me.  I know there is a shipping crisis.  However, it does seem that I am getting orders from everyone else MUCH faster than QVC.  Is it because QVC ships from all over the country?  Maybe.

If I place an order with QVC (and I have been placing many lately), I assume it's going to take WEEKS to get to me.  I never order anything I need within a week.  I never count on advanced orders to ship on their promised date because most of the time they don't.  It's very hit or miss. Some things arrive ridiculously fast, while others take forever.  It is what it is.

I have also noticed that items are being "prepared" or are "processing" for very long amounts of time and that I am unable to do anything with the order other than wait.  It does seem unfair that we can't cancel, but I do believe they are truly working on the order and changes can't be made. Frustrating, but we don't really know what goes on behind the scenes.  I'm sure they would LOVE to get us everything in a timely manner, but I do believe it can't be helped right now.

The true test will be to see how their shipping is after this crisis is over...if it ever is.  Smiley Frustrated

Ya lost me @Sooner

I agree w/ #1 & 3 but I don't understand #2.

Why would I be out money to place an order?  I am only out money if I return...

I have been ordering so few things over  the past few years from any shopping network.
