Years of doing business with QVC and finally they show how much they care.Wife ordered a very special NFL jacket for me for our anniversary was all excited when she gave me the box on 12-13 our anniversary I opened it and was a Pittsburg Penguins jacket packing slip inside was someone elses and supposed to be shipped to someone else.Needless to say when i told her what it was it ruined the night.Called QVC customer service told them all about it and they said send they wrong order back which we have done.I asked about what was ordered and having it sent since this is what wife ordered for me and they messed up not us and was advised didn't have any and won't get any.I told the young lady let me talk to a supervisor then cause it was not our mistake or problem they messed up and they should be responsible to the customer to make it right so she tried.Supervisor or visor's where all on calls said they would call us back that night or by 11 am tues. morning needless to say neither happened i had to call them back.When i did i got a supervisor named Kyra who was not helpful at all.So i asked for corporate phone number she said they do not have one.Gave me a address to write too.Always had alot of respect for QVC and how they did business and supposedly took care of the customer guess i was wrong.So bottom line is buyer beware.And so much for my continued business.
