Frozen meat?

Seems odd,to me prisoners would be allowed meat, given as gifts?

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

I thought that was odd, too, especially since it would have had to have been a lot to hold those tools.  I saw on CNN last night, though, that prisoners in that section are allowed to cook in their cells.

Why would they be allowed to cook? That does not sound safe to me, they feed them , just odd to me.

I think it was said that it was one of the privileges get if they act nice.

I will be shocked if the warden isn't fired. Have our prisons which are supposed to punish, gone overboard to reward "good behavior"? It should be "behave , or else"!

bette, at least we got a good laugh out of it & I don't think it was distasteful either.  It was tongue in cheek.  Gosh they are cracking down huh?
