Yum......
America's hottest felon Jeremy Meeks was still walking the corridors of a Californian prison 12 months ago.
Now, the man who rose to fame as 'hot felon' when his mugshot went viral has clearly traded up after making his debut on the New York Fashion Week catwalk.
Meeks swapped his orange prison duds and handcuffs for couture on Monday night as he was spotted strutting down the runway for designer Philipp Plein.

I wonder how well the victims of his crimes are doing......
Are his paychecks going to be used to pay back what he stole/destroyed from others?
Yeah.

It's great he's been able to turn his life around and has a chance to earn an honest living.

I agree but only if gives back to those lives he destroyed FIRST. Otherwise, he's no better than any other scum who has gone to jail for his/her crimes and then makes money off of it while the victims are left holding the bag.

I'm sorry but I don't find him attractive at all. He looks creepy to me.

Sahmlam, I agree with you. He does need to make some kind of restitution to his victims and their family, and prison doesn't necessarily "do it" for me.
Most faiths argue that we have free will and the capacity for change. I really do believe that.
He is plunging into the world of high fashion and that is a world not known for being rich in spirituality....but I hope somewhere along the way, he appreciates the chance he has been given and meets people along to way who can help him find the "good" within, and truly find himself-and find meaning in life outside of world of crime.

I guess the designer is getting some publicity out of this.
It just seems to be to be in bad taste...

His crimes included felony grand theft and federal gun charges - apparently gang-related. He's probably done time in prison and was probably ordered to make restitution. Now he needs to earn a living. I think it's great that he's getting another chance.
