I don't know anyone who sells this, anymore.

Back in the day there was some good products.

My friend fell for being a rep and buying their starter kit. She didn't make any money, or get the pink car.

I had a friend who did my makeup for a portfolio. I looked like a street walker LOL

I remember driving home, thinking if anyone sees me .......

It's a good thing no one did.......or else you'd have to take off the "nun".......and just go by "ya".

Re: Friend turned MK representative-not the same.

This is when you find out which of your "friends" are unstable enough, easily led and gullible enough, to "need" this kind of thing to take over their lives. What is their life missing, that they could be conned into this. AFAIC, those who buy into this type of thing, along with Amway, Herbalife, etc., aren't very bright.

And sadly, people get to see others' definition of Friend.  No one I'd want as a friend would pin our relationship to this con artist drivel.

As WendyWilliams would say "Use your pinky finger" and tell her you don't appreciate being pressured by her sales tactics and that you miss her as a FRIEND.

Ya gotta love Wendy.  She tells it like it is.

Oh, and I run as fast as I can from MK reps.

I was a merchandiser in Malls and stores for any years. I can relate to being approached in the mall. I was approached several times while working... by the SAME person on different days. Guess she did not remember she had approached me before. I got the Hi...you are so pretty and apply makeup well... have you ever thought about...

No I haven't I could never be as pushy as they are required to be.

I think the OP mentioned them "giving facials".  I don't believe legally they can give facials without a license.  OP might check that out.

They can, because the guests actually give their own facials. The rep shows the steps/ techniques.

Re: Friend turned MK representative-not the same.

My last run-in with an MK rep was at a dance class we both attended.  She had been in the class for awhile before I started, and I noticed that there were several women there who avoided her.  I didn't know why until she started giving me the MK Pitch.  I said No I wasn't interested, but she would not take NO as an answer and upped her game which eventually turned to her INSULTING my skin.  She'd say stuff like, "Oh, we have to get your face looking as good as your hot body".  TALK TO THE HAND

That was it for me.  I wouldn't give her the time of day after that.  Afterwards, I found out she'd done the same to other women in the class which explained the many cold shoulders this stupid woman received.

She's no longer in the class.  YAY.  I think she was only there to prey on potential customers.

And not only would the woman insult my skin but she would tell me how bad the skin was of OTHER women in the class.

Some great sales tactics, there.......

@missy1  Oh, ok.  This is a quote from the OP's #1 post....".and that she will be doing a facial on me as well! "

That's what made me think the MK person would be doing the facial.
