I need to use up some ground beef today, but already have something else planned for dinner. Have you ever mixed up a meatloaf and then frozen it before cooking? Guess this is a silly question, but I have never done that. My tip...to at least one of you reading this that may not know.....brown ground beef and onions, cool, then freeze....I use a freezer zip lock bag. Then you can take out what you need to make spaghetti sauce, vegetable soup, lasagna, etc and it makes dinner soooo much faster. I realize most of you may do this, but if not, it sure is a time and mess saver, and there is NO difference in the taste.
