Free Shipping/Easy Pay

I was going to order a couple of things yesterday but the website was having problems. I didn't think anything about it since they were having free shipping/easy pay for Columbus Day. Silly me didn't read the time frame for the "special" .... just saw Columbus Day and took it for granted it would continue through the holiday. Guess not. Question: Who runs sale/event for a holiday and ends the sale/event BEFORE the holiday is even here?? Lesson learned .... read all the details!

Not sure if you tuned in or not but repeatedly they kept saying the free shipping was ending on Sunday night. I wasn't on their website so have no idea what that said but on air they were VERY clear about it.

Grocery stores run timed sales as well as department stores, not to mention many on line stores.

Very seldom watch the shows. Usually just look at the website to order. Not blaming anyone ... my fault .... I took something for granted that I shouldn't have ... repeat, lesson learned.

It really does not matter anyways since you could not process an order online all day yesterday.

The Free 2 Day Shipping was a Joke IMO since the site was down.

WTH QVC give us another free shipping day since Sun you could not order unless you had item numbers where you could call in your order which I don't have item numbers.

Free Shipping should be extended another day.
