I haven't received a mug, and honestly I don't need one.  But QVC needs to either do it for no one or for everyone.  I've been with them since they were CVN, and I don't even want to think about all the things I've bought from them over the past years . . . .. so I won't.

I think, however, that this small gesture on their part - which I did not receive - spells the end of our relationship.  I won't be placing any more orders with them for a while - maybe not again. We'll see how long my feelings last. I neither need nor want a mug, but I deeplly resent the obvious disinterest in my business on QVC's part.

ITA.  No one wants to feel that their business is less valuable  than others.

Doing things like this is bound to cause hurt feelings and resentment.  Not smart QVC.

Every Q customer should receive one along with a scratch off card revealing

a mystery percentage discount for their next purchase.

Something to think about QVC.

I know it's a dream.

@Perkup  I totally agree with you .My feelings are hurt too. QVC should know better. They shouldn’t single out some customers & ignore others. It’s like the rest of us aren’t appreciated.Maybe it’s time to rethink where I spend my money.

I'm jealous!!!  Not that I didn't get a mug BUT a card of appreciation for my years of loyalty & spending would be nice! 🤨🤨🤨

For instance, I am a  customer of Beekman 1802 products (skincare) since they started with Evine and now with HSN.  During the holiday the do a 24 hr live event from their Mercantile (it's a lot of fun moments) at the last hour of this 24 hour event they announced a free gift with a particular item only during this last hour -- I ordered this item earlier in the marathon.  I was bummed😡

Imagine my surprise when I received a "small token item & note" that's customer service imo.

@Mary Bailey  I'd rather the wine -- I've got my own glass.
