[LTT1]

I thought what I was seeing was very much a freak of nature!

I HEARD it first, and went to look out my glass door...expecting it to be gone as soon as it started, but no it just continued.

There was a noise that sounded like the deep sound of metal grinding!

That sound was gone in a second, but the swirling air kept going...

The NWS is evaluating. Last I heard the storm was classified as an F O ... it cause lots of damage in a very defined area here...

Trees down, home damage (trees falling on roofs), one loss of life because of the tree falling on the roof...

nature seems angry.

There is a storm "bomb" in Washington state.  A place where they rarely have thunderstorms.  There was a tornado warning.  Very strange weather.

Oh my! I had the news on but did not see anything on the local news, will make sure I watch the noon news.

Oh my!..We don't have any wind..we had about 8 inches heavy wet snow...I have a tree down near the road.. so glad it didn't hit a passing car!

Our electric has been on an off all night and this morning..not re setting clocks again!

I've never seen a tornado in real life before, but they're very scary to see on TV or youtube.

I really have not seen one until this one appeared.

I have seen one form from up in the clouds before but it didn't touch down!

@LTT1  Wow- it must've been so shocking to see a tornado to fully form and touch down outside! I don't even know what I'd do in that situation 😮.

EEEKKK! I'm glad you are okay. My son lives in Washington (State) and the had a tornado warning in his area yesterday. He's used to tsunami warnings because he's on the coast but a tornado warning was new.

I'm terrified of tornadoes. I live in shake, rattle & roll territory but we seldom have tornadoes.
