@Ricky Cronin   Welcome to the forums. You've received some great suggestions.

 

Size of fonts (and colors) can be dropped down in the upper right 2 choices. Mine is size 4 for example and I choose the dark blue for for my color. @SandySparkles chooses pink.

I would close all accounts with Synchrony.  Get a brand new credit card.  I would remove payment information from your QVC account.  After 30 days, I would use the new credit card for purchases.

I had an issue, not anything like yours but emailed the social team.  They emailed me back within a half hour and took care of the matter.
