I've heard those sponges are good. Think I'll try them. Thanks for the reminder Gidget (: to the OP, I never really like using a brush but lots of people do. (:

I use the oval sponge- comes in a two pack. I've been very pleased with it. There's also a sponge in that line for blush. I use that also.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I was at the Lancome counter this PM at Macy's and saw this one for use with powder and cream. It is $20 and its called cheek brush #21. I almost bought it-- Friends and Family didn't apply to cosmetics this time around.

Petit Precision Cheek Brush #21

From the Lancome website:

One brush, two looks. The perfect accessory for powder & cream blush. Designed with a short, easy-grip handle for portability and convenience, the flat bristled head provides the ideal application of blush for a flawless look.

For some reason I don't like getting makeup on my hands and I don't like applying body lotion......so my skin is dry but not too dry.........I don't know why I don't like rubbing lotion on my body?

Try a liquid moisturizer in a bottle and spray it on either in the shower or right after. I like natural oils such as bitter almond.

I have found I have better control by using my fingers to apply my liquid foundation.

I use the brush I got with my Laura Geller baked blush and powder. Love it.
