I've bought a lot of jewelry from them over the years.  I like that they almost always give the color and clarity of diamonds and gram wt for earrings and rings, too.  Just rec'd a pair of pretty white gold tear drop earrings yesterday!  @phoenixbrd

I have bought a ton from ShopHQ over the years. Many of the brands have left and my shopping is down over there. I still have a few brands I grab some things from. 

For me personally, I have complaints, the shipping is fast and the very few times I have had an issue they have resolved it promptly. 

I would read their forums.
