Is everybody seeing an entirely new format? I signed out and back in and it was a whole new world with a "welcome and enjoy our new changes" . I feel disoriented and don't like this at all!!!

This is creepy, my Samsung pad has a whole different Q format but my old iPad has the old one.  I hope the Internet gods protect us from another traumatic change.
