I can have  $500 in a cart but when I go to pay and they want to charge me for shipping, I'm like "nope, not paying $5 to ship!"  Instant delete items in cart!

$5 to ship $500 worth of stuff sounds like a good deal to me.

Easy pay doesn't do it for me.

 

 

"Free" shipping doesn't do it for me (everybody offers that now).

 

 

What does do it for me is deep discounts, i.e. stuff has to be at least 50% off.

 

 

I refuse to play the game of "Spend $100 get free shipping!"

 

 

Yeah, if I am only interested in buying something that costs $30, why on earth would I spend and additional $70, only to save $7 for shipping?

 

I don't think very many people realize that they are spending more  money in the desperate attempt of saving a couple of  dollars.

 

And businesses are counting on their customers not realizing that.
