She isn't showing much cleavage because she doesn't have a lot of cleavage to show.
If she had, it would definitely be showing in that sweater. Regardless, it doesn't bother me one way or another. How she dresses has no relationship to how she skates.
Wagner's best placement in Worlds was a 4th place finish in 2011/2012. Nagasu's best in Worlds was 7th in 2009/2010. Overall, for the 2013/2014 season, Wagner has done better, which is probably why she was chosen over Nagasu.

LOL, I don't feel "qualified" to comment on this topic anymore! I haven't been keeping up with ice skating since Michelle Kwan's days in the spotlight. I feel my comments are ignorant in light of the high level of knowledge posted here. I wasn't into most of the skaters that followed Kwan. And with a few exceptions, I was never that much into the men, or the dancing. I do like the pairs, which I have often thought requires the most skill.
I will watch the ice skating at this year's games, keeping my fingers crossed that there will not be any bad things happening.

I wondered also about that, but must admit that I don't have much knowledge about these matters, but on the surface I was sad for the bronze medal holder.

I very much enjoyed watching the Nationals, but won't be watching Olympic skating due to politicizing of the judging. The best of luck to all USA participants in the Olympics.
For over 30 years I was involved in singing competitively and there was one thing we always used to say about the winner: if your mind and body are 100% in harmony with the strength of your instrument (voice), you will win.

We LOVE skating!!
I liked Gracie until I heard her talk, was turned off by her arrogant attitude.
Love Jeremy.
How come we are only sending 2 men?

Who were selected for the men's Olympic team?

Only 2 men are going to the Olympics because of our poor placement at last year's Worlds. Max Aaron and Russ Miner were our National gold and silver medal winners and participated at the Worlds.

I love skating so much, it's my favorite event!
I think the decision has to be made on who has the best chance to win a medal for the US. Everyone has an "off" night. I don't think it's all about where one ranks in a certain competition. They make the decisions on who to send, based on many other factors.

I have been away from skating too since the days of Michelle Kwan. But, thanks for this thread. It has sparked my interest for the Olympics!!
