LunaGrl - In response to your recently deleted thread.

No one person can accurately predict the future. I appreciate and acknowledge the generations of the past. They overcame challenges and obstacles without the many advantages and advances we have today. The technology, science, medical fields, and many advances were not around for many - not just here but in other countries. Sure, history can be unpleasant but we are somehow made richer for it. I don't think everything can be settled with paulitics. For me most things are settled in the heart and at home, not the voting booth. I dearly miss the people I knew that died off as you wrote. They did what they knew and I have to say what I always know to be true. THERE IS NO PERFECT PEOPLE (NEVER HAS BEEN), NO PERFECT NATION, NO PERFECT COUNTRY, NO PERFECT GOVERNMENT, NO PERFECT RELIGION. When the day comes and you are that 'older generation', remember your writing, someone younger may you want to die off also.
