I can not help as I only eat for the health of my body and most people would not stick to my diet....I eat a low sugar, low salt, low carb diet with lots of raw vegetables, only salmon and occasional chicken. One apple a day, one avocado. Raw nuts, coconut oil.... I make flaxseed muffins with no flour or sugar. That is pretty much all I eat. Very simple with no processed foods. I never eat out. Pretty boring huh?

Gazelle, not at all boring. I think many people suffer from this and it might just be a help to someone out there. Nuts are soooooo good for us, and I love them as a snack. Please continue to share.

Would love to go to Out Back Steak.......and get their coconut fried shrimp and baked potato with all the trimmings on it......and maybe a small salad......know I couldn't eat all the shrimp, but can always get a doggie bag for what is left.

Oh my, Showme. I haven't had shrimp in a long time.....especially coconut shrimp. I'll have to work that in one day. Sounds good.

Okay, bblater - if not today, then tomorrow. I love to read your meal plans.

Re: Food For Thought - Sharing With Others.

Lets see McD's sausage egg and cheese biscuit this morning. Out to diner tonight having Chicken at waffles at a very pretty resort Hotel...then cheesecake tonight.

I don't think any of these choices have sugar, bread, salt or fat?{#emotions_dlg.blushing}

OMGosh......they make the best shrimp.......

The other evening I made a veggie stir fry.....and it was really good. Had enough for the next day too. Am finding I am eating less and less meat.....especially beef. But, am also considering doing less chicken because of the price of it. And, I do like the "other white meat" quite a bit.......

Hey croemer (birthday girl).....I sort of like the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit from Jack in the Box better that McD's......and I can get that any time of the day if I want one. There is a J I t B just down the road from where I live......closer than McD's........

Sounds like you will be having a wonderful Birthday dinner......enjoy.
