I do exciting for the holidays but basic healthy in between Smile

Tonight is turkey cutlets with a panko and herb crust, baked sweet potato, salad with avocado, and Jasmine tea.

I always do a high fiber breakfast cereal, soy milk with flax and chia seeds in the morning.

Awwww Man, that sounds DELISH.

I"ve read all and I'm hungry again! {#emotions_dlg.laugh} Loving these meal plans and it's giving me alot of good ideas.

From ham, turkey, fresh fish(sea bass, salmon) and seafood (shrimp & lobster), Italian dishes like pizza & pasta, chicken, sausage, egg & cheese biscuits, nuts, scalloped potatoes - I'm in heaven.... I especially loved reading about what alot of you said you put on your salmon. I haven't had that in awhile and it's hard to get the fresh here. I don't think I've ever eaten sea bass and that sounds too good to be true.

Making ""Impossible Chicken & Broccoli Pie"" for tonight. This was from a recipe from a poster by the name of ""Carol1229"" and I kept this in my recipe file. I've made this many times and it is absolutely delicious. I'm cooking my chicken breasts right now.
