Food For Thought - Sharing With Others.

What are your meal plans for today? Regardless if you are cooking, going out to eat at restaurants or sharing meals at friends/families homes.

If we can all come together and share what we are having (breakfast, lunch, supper/dinner - doesn't matter), it might give us some ideas on what to have during the week especially when we are tired of the same ole' - same ole' meals. Having another posters meal plans would sure be fun to read and also fun to prepare.

I, for one, am meeting friends tonight for steak. Possibly rib eye, baked potato and salad.

Baked ham....scalloped potatoes....and butternut squash. Leftovers for tomorrow's game which will end around dinner. Perfect!

Love this idea!

Will you be able to track me down if I tell you what's for dinner?

Re: Food For Thought - Sharing With Others.

I can not help as I only eat for the health of my body and most people would not stick to my diet....I eat a low sugar, low salt, low carb diet with lots of raw vegetables, only salmon and occasional chicken. One apple a day, one avocado. Raw nuts, coconut oil.... I make flaxseed muffins with no flour or sugar. That is pretty much all I eat. Very simple with no processed foods. I never eat out. Pretty boring huh?

Opurra, you're too funny. No, I really don't think it will. I think it's fun to read what others are preparing and giving us ideas on what to prepare ourselves. Sometime we get in a rut, don't you think?
