Wow that is cold!  LOL!

I can remember back in the days when everyone got the Sunday paper which had a lot of sections.  I would visit mom in south Florida and see lot of ads for stores like Macys offering winter clothing.

I was always so surprised....why winter looking sweaters, coats, boots, hats & gloves?  My mom would insist that it was for people traveling up north. LOL!  Meanwhile it was usually 80 or so with maybe a low in the 60s.

I can also remember one year going to Disney back in the mid 1970s with my old boyfriend in February.  One day it was spring like but another day it was cold enough I needed my winter coat!

In SE Florida this morning it was about 45 degrees. Not complaining, I love it for a change.

Central Florida is in the 30's but I had the AC on day before yesterday!  It was 82!

That's why it feels sooooo cold!

I am near Orlando....sitting at about 47 right now.  Was a balmy 30 at 7.  My neighbors are from Newfoundland when DH was walking the dog this morning, Newfoundland commented on my DH all bundles up.  Where they live in the non winter months it's a balmy -21

That's why we have snowbirds in FL

If it hit 40 degrees in NY we'd be out in a lawn chair next to a snowbank. Smiley LOL

Same here in the Boston area!  Only in the 30s today, and there were guys out jogging, no shirts on!
