Flipping Out 10/09 Moving Episode.

I am just not on top of this show this season. I thought Jeff was joking abt. buying that reno. house and not moving into Gramercy next. Was online a lot tonight and thought he now talked selling Gramercy. I thought the reno house was a way station until Gramercy was finally finished, if poss. Grandma is cute, but the not a kid anytime soon mention to Gage seemed really harsh and deal-breaky to me. Could you fill me in? Thanks
