Honesty please - who uses this Abs Flex Toning Belt, does it work, do you like it, do you enjoy using it?

This is item # F12189 for $169.00 (or there about).

I totally cleaned up my eating even better that it was.  Let's face it, we can all have better eating habits.  I'm working out 5 out of 7 days a week.  My dog and I walk 40 minutes 6-7 day a week.  I'll fess up, I am not doing ab crunches and maybe that's my problem.  I have a belly that grew over night a few years ago more than likely due to changes because of menopause.  I do not eat fast food, DH & I are not those people.

I NEED to get rid of this belly fat.  Now from what I saw on the video for this belt and what I've heard in presentations, the belt more or less takes place of doing crunches which is what I'm after hopefully whittling away at the belly fat.

Can any of you weigh in on this product please?  I've also read many glorious reviews on this belt and all it does for those who have it, love it, use it, and see great results.

TIA

I was reading the reviews and seems a lot of people believe it works. My suggestion, try it for 30 days and decide for yourself if it works for you, if not simply return. Let us know if it works for you? Good luck!!

@PINKdogWOOD

What are you looking to achieve for this about $200 investment? This, from what little I have seen, is pretty much like a TENS Unit. If it electronically contracts and then releases muscle groups, that is pretty much what it might be.

You can buy an FDA approved TENS for about $80 delivered if you try looking around other shopping networks.

Too many think these types of things will remove fat. Not true. Might help make waist smaller, but to depend on only these types of things to be the magic thing. Probably be disappointed

Nothing takes the place of proper food intake and regular aerobic/resistance and stretching exercises. It doesn't require a real vigorous routine, just done on a regular basis along with eating nutritious foods in proper portion size.

@equss  Have you done this sculpting?  How much did it cost you? Pleased with your results?

@hckynut  Oh John, burst my bubble!!!  In reality, I know what you're saying and all is true.

I'll start doing those crunches and start some low impact aerobics too.

My nephew with MS bought one and gave it to my son..... Both said it was not good.

@PINKdogWOOD, I bought one about eight years ago. Yes, I could feel sore the following day after using a very high level. I eventually quit using it because I just didn't see results. The best thing I've found for toning every part of my body has been Hot Yoga. A killer, haha, but effective.
