Fixed Chi Gets Amorous

Has this happened to anyone out there? My two little boys are a little over a year old and one is just chasing the other one around like crazy wanting to mate. They were fixed long ago and this is the first time this has happened since then. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks in advance!
