I ordered the Kindle Fire HD with Access. 8.9 on July 27th, it was on Waitlist. It went into processing Aug. 3rd, and they gave me 5 ep. I tried to cancel, but it stayed in cancel pending until today and said shipped. I called CS and said it says 6 ep, She wrote an e mail to whoever and they came back with it was 5 ep when I ordered and that is what I am stuck with, though by the time it went into processing it was 6 ep until Aug 11th.
Now, I can afford to make the extra 12 plus dollars for 5 months and pay off faster, but it's the principal of being an excellent customer for over 15 years and paying account in full every month and they will not take good customer service into account. I am returning the item ,because I did try to cancel it before they sent it and they will not give the extra ep. for good customer service. They have so many customers, they don't care, but I do.
