Do any of you do special meals or do anything special?  I remember some posters making a special dish for the day.

I actually made a pasta with pumpkin sauce recipe that I found on Facebook, it was pretty good.

It is a fallish feeling day of 93 so far on this first day of the season.  Next week all mid 80's.

Share the recipe - sounds good like another poster wrote.  Is it a Williams Sonoma sauce?

I am making the recipe, that I posted a few weeks ago under Recipes.  

It is called...Eggplant Easy Peasy Recipe.

It is so delish...That is if you like Eggplant?

DH and I are actually planning on riding the motorcycle down to the boat dock tonight and hanging out with friends.
