Firestick Promo Activation Help Please

Firestick device working as it should.
The 4 step activation instructions clear.
Can't get past Step 1: usa.novadevelopment.com/promo/43365, website will not come up.
Called QVC & Amazon, each said call the other.😳
If anyone here had success activating the Play-It Premium Suite 2 that came with the Fire Tv Stick, maybe help me out?

i had to use another search engine.... i normally use CROME, but use IE or microsoft edge..... try firefox, safarie, google.........it shoud work

I found that I had to use Microsoft Edge browser. Internet Explorer and Chrome did not work for me for the NovaDevelopment website. (I am using Windows 10 Pro operating system with all the latest fixes.)
