Dino had bloodwork Thursday, and it turns out that he has Atypical Cushings. He has all the Cushings symptoms but his cortisol levels are normal.

It turns out, instead of too much adrenalin,he produces too much s e x hormones.Go figure ,my aging pup is the Hugh Heffner of Golden Retreivers.NO kidding. He makes too much progesterone, testosterone and /or estrogen.

The really good news is that it is treated homeopathically with melatonin,Omega 3 fish oil,and flax lignans (whatever THEY are!!).The vet is gonna find out how much flax he needs ,but I have melatonin already, and went out for the fish oil right after I spoke to the vet.

Keeping our fingers crossed this helps out good boy.

Thanks for all your prayers!!!
