Finally saw Les Miserable AND

DH and I saw it today. I thought it was just ok, good not great. (And I had wanted to see it since I heard about it) Although IMO Anne Hathaway and some of the younger people were great in "their" parts. Otherwise, I think it should remain on the stage NOT a movie. For me it also dragged on and on too long. My DH said they should have made it just a story without the singing. And he almost dozed off. (lol). Now people in the movie theatre clapped when it was over so I assume they loved it. (Mostly the crowd was older than us, but not all of them were).
