@debic,
"EXCELLENT ADVICE, debic.
I've read (maybe 15 ) posts, if that. There is no -.....absolutely NO reason why the purchaser CAN 'NOT' go to their accouunt status immediately when that order invoice comes up from qvc- to view EXACTLY what your cost in total WILL 'be', if shocked or disappointed, then ________CANCEL! Problem solved!
On another note, same thread.....when anyone calls/refers to their products bought over the months/years...just JUNK, that person should eliminate their focus entirely a w a y from qvc and get dressed, go to any store/mall or otherwise- even to Amaz.dot com, and do their shopping there!!!! I have found, from the past year of 2015, complaints are a top head rattling subject. GO ELSEWHERE and be satisfied.
This same complaint comes up approximately ever month.
If I were here more frequently, it would (maybe) be every day?
So, I do agree with debic!
As for the ant sized ear rings, I'm almost positive 'those' - close enough can be bought at any local jewelry department business. Figure in the gasoline cost traveled there, the time & trouble going through the traffic, the hope of finding a salesperson to help you, then think again. Happy Shopping to each and every one.........

QVC is nowhere near the presence for me it once was and their shipping costs, no matter how up-front they are about them, is one of several reasons why. Other reasons include the fact that their on-air operation has become unwatchable, their prices are high and they offer very limited variety... I'd also note that whether it's an old post or not, it's still relevant...

I'm new around here so please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought we weren't supposed to dredge up old posts and start adding new comments to them.
If you have an original thought you'd like to contribute, and there isn't a current existing conversation that applys, you start a new thread. . . is that right?

POint the finger of blame at Blueluna who,brought this 15 month old thread back. THe same poster did the same thing on another thread about LR. Don't know what games she is playing.

As far as what people are talking about this morning -
It's old school trolls who do this in the wee hours when they have discovered there is less forum moderation. It's got less to do with QVC forums than it has to do with just garden variety middle school mentality trolls.
It's not about actual thoughts - this type of troll doesn't have thoughts. They live only to disrupt and giggle in their basement.
As far as other aspects - people do occasionally ask genuine questions or post genuine thoughts on old threads. It's rare, but it happens - and is allowed. It's only the bumping for the sake of bumping that's a no-no.
But there is more than one type of trolling, and more than one type of troller. That'a a different topic.

You are completely correct @x Hedge.
The standards say "do not bump messages" (they call threads and posts messages here). Bumping isn't allowed. Period. No exceptions stated. The standards don't say we can do it if we have an excuse lol. Though you'll notice some posters like to try bend and shape and redefine the policies to suit themselves. Thread bumping is rude, the reason nearly every board prohibits the practice, and it always violates the published standards here.
