I used to work in Hollywood in TV doing what I loved but wound up getting sick. At the same time, my family business really needed the help so it was a win/win. Or so I thought... I have talked to my family about this and nothing ever changes.

My family owns an insurance agency and I don't make as much as the agents do. One agent, in particular, is on my last nerve. She never picks up the phone, even when I am on a call. She has me hold or handle most of her calls, which I am not comfortable with since I am not an agent. She spends hours a day socializing with other employees or on the phone with her family. She huffs and puffs nonstop. We get a lot of complaints about her not returning phone calls, etc. She has EVERY Friday off yet still, somehow, makes more than I do.

My family is hoping she retires soon but who would retire with such a dream job? They told me I can't make more money until she leaves. I want to get back into my field but my health needs to improve first. Any advice?
