I will take 2 trips a year on a plane, one to see our son in Kansas City and the other to see our other son in St. John's.

I hate to travel, mostly because of the 'getting there' that includes flying.  It's not so much I fear being in the air, but the whole process is so stressful and miserable.

I too have never been overseas, I doubt I will ever go.  I used to feel 'guilty' about not wanting to travel, that there are things in the world I will miss out on, but I have totally come to terms with it.  I hate travel, that is me, that is fine.
