Elvis -  although I wasn't quite as crazed as a high school friend who stood up in the local movie theater and shouted to him on the screen!   To this day, I cringe when I remember that, yet I know I needn't have felt embarrassed.

ELVIS!!!     Although my boyfriend had his own band, and he sounded EXACTLY like Rick Nelson...

 

The boyfriend did have mostly "concert" dates...and I went all over the place with the band.   Mama didn't care...(????)

as a preteen Bobby Vinton , then older the Beatles , Janis Joplin. Then in my late teens country had a surge. I was a fan of folk when it was popular--Peter/Paul & Mary.

As a teen it was favorite band not the singer.  Boston, Foreigner, Wild Cherry and Styx.
