I just googled it to refresh my memory and the description sounds horrible but there are recipes for adding gravy, so I am a willing participant.  Love meat!!!!!

Sausage and peppers.

 

Both hot and mild (sweet) Italian sausage and every color -- green, yellow, orange and red -- of bell pepper on a sturdy roll.

 

Onions need not apply.
