Faulty Easy Pay Promotion!!

I received an e mail today for Insiders. It said it was a promotion that was for easy pays for ANY ITEM. Promotion good from July 20th -Aug 31st. I went through the steps , chose my item and then went to order it. It was 3 easy pays but when I went to finalize the order, there was a line written in red. This promotion only applies to items over $ 50.00!! I was so irritated. Nowhere did it mention the item had to be more than $ 50.00. I called CS and she said it should have said " item over $ 50.00 " I hate when QVC ropes you in with these fake easy pay promos. They seldom give you a good deal. Grr!
